Hope's Outdoor Adventures l October

Men and women are invited to participate in the various adventures (hiking, camping, biking and paddle board to name a few). Rooted in Him - Bible Study for Women l Thursdays - October 2025

Hope Coffee is hosting "Rooted In Him", a verse-by-verse study through the book of Colossians. This study is all about Jesus—who He is, how to follow in His ways, and how true joy, peace, and contentment are found in Him alone. Together, we’ll learn what it means to be rooted in Christ and to build a life that reflects His glory. Whether you’ve been studying the Bible for years or are opening God’s Word for the very first time, this study will encourage your heart and point you to Jesus, the One who satisfies our souls. The Sesh - Monthly Bible Study - Monthly l Sunday, October 26, 2025

The Sesh (grades 6-12), monthly Bible study, will be meeting on Sunday, October 26th, in the Fellowship Hall immediately following the worship music (11 am worship gathering). There will be a time of learning led by Ernesto Granados. Please encourage your child(ren) to bring their Bible and invite their friends. Meals for the Homeless - Monthly l Thursday, October 30, 2025

The Hope's Global Outreach Team will be cooking dinner at the D Street Homeless Shelter (Merced) will be on Thursday, October 30, at 5 pm – 7 pm.  Menu for the dinner will be BBQ Pork Sliders. We will need to borrow 6 crock pots. Please call me and I will pick up. Men's Breakfast l Second Saturday of the Month

Calling all men. Join us for breakfast and a time of fellowship and learning as we dive into a series of teachings on what a biblical man looks like on Saturday, November 8th, at 8 am to 9:30 am in the Fireside Room. Our society and churches are longing for men to step into their God-given roles and lead their families and be strong leaders in their communities, and churches. We will be exploring what this looks like for us today by examining what the Word of God says about it.

2nd Sunday Prayer l Second Sunday of the Month

2:7 Group - Discipleship Class l September - November 2025

Do you desire to take the next step in your walk with the Lord? If you are in a place where you want to grow and deepen your relationship with God and others, join the 2:7 Group for a 11-week discipleship class launching on Wednesday, September 17th, at 7 pm in the Fireside Room led by Chris Ballesteros. We will be going through a study that helps us lay a firm foundation for our faith. We will discuss topics such as: How to read your Bible and what to mark. How to incorporate a regular rhythm of prayer in your daily life. How to craft your personal testimony and share it with others, and much more. Please register here. Middle School & High School Weekly Gathering l Sunday Afternoons

Middle school and high school students meet weekly on Sundays at The Hope in the Fellowship Hall from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. There will be a time of learning led James Kendall, Student Pastor. Please encourage your child(ren) to bring their bible and invite their friends. For more information contact James Kendall at youth@thehope.live. 

Hope Wellness & Fitness Classes l Monday - Thursday

We are excited to host Hope Wellness & Fitness at The Hope.  Exercise, Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Self-care are essential for our Temple (Body) in walking like Jesus.  Mila Hoban-Munden leads our Wellness classes which take place every week from Monday through Thursday from 5 pm - 6 pm in the Hope Kids Room. Please bring a friend, your water bottle and towel. A donation of $10 per week is suggested, but not required. For more information, email Mila at milamunden@gmail.com.

Coat Drive l October 2 - November 2, 2025

Global Outreach (GO) Team and Hope Coffee are partnering with Love INC and are hosting a "Coat Drive" from October 2nd through November 2nd. This event will help provide a child / teenager with a warm coat during the cold months. New coats (sizes 2T - 4X) donated at Hope Coffee, Hope Coffee will bless you with a free coffee drink. Clothing Swap l Saturday, October 18, 2025

Hope Coffee is hosting a free community clothing swap on Saturday, October 18th, from 9 am - 12 noon in the lobby at The Hope. Bring in 10 fall / winter items (men / women / children) and exchange for 10 items to refresh your wardrobe at no cost. Invite a friend and enjoy coffee while you shop.

Women's Ministry Brunch l Saturday, October 25, 2025

Ladies, join us for a special morning of connection, reflection, and prayer on Saturday, October 25th, in the sanctuary from 10 am to 12 noon. As we enjoy brunch together, we’ll embark on a meaningful prayer journey with interactive prayer stations, focusing on the different seasons of change in our lives and in our church community. If you’re able, please bring your favorite breakfast dish to share. We can’t wait to walk this journey of faith and prayer with you! 

Baptism Sunday l Sunday, October 26, 2025

Harvest Festival l Friday, October 31, 2025

Join us for our Harvest Festival on Friday, October 31st, here at The Hope from 5:30 pm—8 pm. There will be lots of food, activities and hayrides for the whole family. If you would like to donate candy, please drop off the candy in the church office (Tuesday—Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm). Can Food Drive l November 3 - 30, 2025

The Global Outreach (GO) Team and Hope Coffee are hosting a can food drive from November 3rd - November 30th. We are asking for canned goods and non-perishable foods to be dropped off at Hope Coffee to help feed low-income families in Merced County.
